AEGIS V48 · Professional setup
From account to live market data—in a clear path
Phone for mobility. MT5 for precision. AEGIS for intelligence. This guide sets up the hybrid system: broker-direct OHLC from MetaTrader 5, cloud analysis on AEGIS, and your phone as the command center.

Create your LeverageFx account
Register on leveragefx.co and choose a free demo or a paid plan. You will receive Account ID credentials from the portal.
Install MetaTrader 5 (desktop or VPS)
Use your broker’s MT5 terminal on a PC or VPS. This is where authoritative market data originates—not from phone screenshots.
Download AEGIS_OHLC_Feed.mq5
From Downloads, get the Expert Advisor that streams OHLC history (CopyRates) to the AEGIS server over HTTPS.
Compile and allow WebRequest
Open MetaEditor, compile the feed, then Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → allow your AEGIS API URL for WebRequest.
Configure the feed
Set Server URL, API key, and Account ID from the portal. Attach the EA to your chart (for example GBPUSD M5). Confirm the stream is live.
Install the mobile command center
Download the Android APK. Sign in with the same Account ID and API key. The phone monitors stream health, confidence, HOLD reasons, and session controls.
Optional — chart context capture
You may enable mobile or desktop capture for visual diagnostics. It is not required for numerical OHLC; AEGIS does not invent prices from pixels.
Operate with clear states
Until OHLC is synchronized you will see Confidence N/A and HOLD (waiting for data)—by design. When the feed and rulebook evaluate the market, you get structured signals under risk controls.
Learning curve (honest)
- You need a working MT5 terminal (desktop or VPS) for live numerical data.
- Installing the OHLC feed is a one-time MetaEditor step—guided above.
- The mobile app is deliberately simple: monitor and control, not “camera as price feed.”
- Demo plans let you validate connectivity before any live entitlement.
Who this is for
Traders and operators who want structured, rulebook-driven analysis with broker-side data integrity. You remain responsible for risk and outcomes; AEGIS structures the decision pipeline.
Trading involves risk of loss. Live execution depends on your plan, risk settings, and server authorization. Risk disclosure
