This Policy describes how LeverageFx Nigeria Limited collects and uses personal data when you use leveragefx.co, the client portal, and AEGIS mobile applications.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, phone (optional), password hashes, account identifiers
• Subscription and payment references from payment providers (not full card numbers on our servers)
• Device identifiers for binding and abuse prevention
• Operational diagnostics (e.g. connectivity status)—not your API keys in support tickets
• Chart captures you choose to upload for analysis

How we use data

To provide analysis, secure accounts, bill subscriptions, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We use processors such as cloud hosts and payment providers under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

We retain data as needed for the service and legal requirements, with technical controls described on our Security page.
