These Terms govern access to LeverageFx websites, the AEGIS platform, mobile applications, and related services operated by LeverageFx Nigeria Limited (“LeverageFx”, “we”). Engineering systems may be provided in cooperation with Honeydewnuts Nigerian Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

AEGIS provides decision-support intelligence based on chart captures and rule-based evaluation. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, LeverageFx is not your broker, does not hold client trading funds, and does not provide personalised investment advice regulated as such solely by use of this software.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and bound devices.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the plan selected at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may suspend live features while preserving limited access as we determine.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service for competing products, share accounts beyond plan limits, attack our infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful market manipulation or fraud.

5. No performance guarantee

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Signals are probabilistic. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes. You remain responsible for trades placed with your broker.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeverageFx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including trading losses, missed trades, or downtime. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
