How AEGIS works
Phone for mobility. MT5 for precision. AEGIS for intelligence.
We started mobile-first. Testing showed that serious trading needs broker-side market data—not prices guessed from screenshots. AEGIS V48 streams authoritative OHLC from your MetaTrader 5 terminal while the mobile app remains your command and monitoring interface.
1. MT5 — Market engine
Your broker terminal is the source of truth. AEGIS_OHLC_Feed.mq5 uses CopyRates to stream Open, High, Low, Close history (and current vs closed bars) to AEGIS over HTTPS—independent of your phone.
2. AEGIS server — Intelligence engine
The cloud feature engine builds RSI, CCI, Bollinger, MA, ATR and related measures from OHLC history, then evaluates qualified rulebooks under risk and subscription gates.
3. Your phone — Command center
Monitor connection, OHLC stream health, confidence, signals, and session controls. Optional chart capture remains for context and diagnostics—not for inventing candle prices from pixels.

Optional visual context: chart visibility, symbol/timeframe checks, diagnostics, and future vision features. They are not the source of authoritative Open/High/Low/Close values.
Get the feed running
- Download
AEGIS_OHLC_Feed.mq5from Downloads. - Compile in MetaEditor; allow your AEGIS API URL under Expert Advisors → WebRequest.
- Set Server URL, API key, and Account ID; attach to your chart (e.g. GBPUSD M5).
- Confirm the stream, then use the mobile app as your command center.
